Players are set in normal press defense.

3 passes to 4.

Defender 3 drops to help defend the center.

Defenders 2 and 4 shift to help cover player 3, moving from 2 to 3 and 4 to 3.

When player 4 has the ball, defender 4 goes to press them while defender 2 presses player 3, forcing the long pass if a pass is possible.

Once the pass is made, the defenders switch, pressing players 2 and 3 instead.
