Motion offense

• The Point Man starts out with the ball.
• Passes to the Left Low Wing.

• The Point Man cuts in right after passing towards the Whole Set.

• The Left Low Wing passes to the Whole Set.

• Then the Low Right Wing sets a pick for the High Right Wing.  Getting him open for the pass.
• After passing, the Left Low Wing takes the place of the Left High Wing.
• The Left High Wing takes the Point's place.
• and the Whole Set either shoots if not being pressured or passes to the new Left Low Wing.

• If the Whole Set passes to the Left Low Wing that wing will then shoot.

This play has many options so that you can just keep running it over and over.
