Standard team attack, with position 1 and 5 who fall back and 2 and 4 sprint diagonally towards the goal.
Most of the time the defense will disorganise and the offence can use this to score.
2 and 4 can also swim simultaneously to the opposite pole or can swim in a zig-zag way towards the goal creating even more disorder in the defense.
If no player is able to gain a 1:0 position the repeat the action.
Normally 2 and 4 will swim in a way that they will block the defense.
This is a great way to brake up a zone defense.
