Primary Objective:
Develop cross tank counter attack pass (2-pass counter)
Secondary Objective:
Develop leading the receiver with a wet pass.
Second player in back line, #5, starts with the ball.
First player in back line, #4, swims diagonally across the pool to half tank.
#5 leads #4 with a wet pass.
Simultaneously, first in the front line, #1, is swimming diagonally across the pool to the 4-yard line.
When #4 reaches half tank, he passes dry to #1, who shoots off the pass, or with one fake.
Note:
This drill is run simultaneous in the opposite direction. The crossing lines look much like a DNA molecule, thus the name Double Helix.
