Player 6 starts with ball.
Player to the left drives in and makes a quick move back out.
This is meant to simulate a quick release pass.
It is very important to remember that the next player needs to start their release
BEFORE their passer receives the ball!!
Done right, this drill will tire out even the most conditioned teams quickly.
If they perform the drill correctly, their "group" will be moving in a circle since each player passes from a place that was not their starting position.
